JAV Insider's primary data is fetched directly from the DMM.com Webservice API. For information that the API does not expose — alternative stage names, FANZA amateur-label appearances, MGStage cross-references, FC2-PPV alias chains — we consult a small number of editorially curated third-party sites listed below. We are grateful to the volunteer editors and contributors who maintain these resources.

Primary data source

DMM.com Webservice API

  • URL: affiliate.dmm.com/api/
  • Used for: actress profiles, work metadata, package imagery, release dates. All actress and work pages on this site are built primarily from this API.
  • Credit notice required by DMM Webservice terms is shown in the footer of every page.

Editorial reference sources

seesaawiki — AV女優データベース

  • URL: seesaawiki.jp/av_neme/
  • Used for: comprehensive activity coverage per actress (former / alternate stage names, FANZA amateur-label appearances, MGStage code listings, picks). The single largest editorial source informing our "all-activity" coverage policy.
  • Crawl policy: rate-limited to 2–5 seconds per request, robots.txt respected, only public read pages accessed.

av-wiki

  • URL: av-wiki.net
  • Used for: cross-referencing professional-label work archives (DMM content IDs).

maipenrai03

  • URL: maipenrai03.blog.2nt.com
  • Used for: FC2-PPV alias-chain tracing (canonical name ⇔ stage names ⇔ amateur aliases).

シロウトwiki (Shirouto Wiki)

  • URL: shiroutowiki.work
  • Used for: FC2-PPV product-code identification for amateur-genre works.

MGStage

  • URL: mgstage.com
  • Used for: identifying MGS-exclusive titles (e.g., 200gana, 300mium) when the same content_id is not available via DMM.

Caribbeancom

  • URL: caribbeancom.com
  • Used for: identifying Caribbeancom-exclusive titles for a small number of actresses whose works are not distributed via DMM.

Citation policy

JAV Insider does not republish or mirror content from the sources above. We reference factual information only — product codes, performer-link cross-references — and compose all displayed text and imagery from DMM API metadata combined with our own editorial copy. We respect each source's robots.txt and observe rate limits when accessing public pages.
